All inspectors and management were very impressed with its automatic operation and gave All Pumps a huge tick of approval.
As part of the commissioning, All Pumps service manager, Raffaele, along with another technician started the long trek from Sydney to Kyrgyzstan. They arrived in Bishkek, then travelled 6 hours up the mountains to 4150 metres above sea level. With reduced oxygen level, the task of breathing alone was an effort.
Once onsite, they complete the installation and commissioning of the clients new fire system including a 6102 turbo diesel fire hydrant, a 75kw electric sprinkler hydrant and a large Javelin 32 Jacking pump. Once the water in the pipe work had melted, they were able to start the pipe heating and fire the pumps within a day.
On the final day of commissioning, Raffaele presented and operated the system in a complete simulation of an emergency, including an emergency with a power outage. All inspectors and management were very impressed with its automatic operation and gave All Pumps a huge tick of approval. Despite the freezing temperatures and high altitude, the pump commissioning was a huge success and once again proved the reliability of our pumps.
Fire Hydrant Systems
Fire hydrant pump systems (also known as fire pumps, hydrant boosters, fire water pumps) are high pressure water pumps designed to increase the fire fighting capacity of a building by boosting the pressure in the hydrant service when mains is not enough, or when tank fed. They can also be used in water transfer and irrigation applications. Know More
Javelin Vertical Multstage & Pressure Boosting Systems
Javelin pumps, including manifolds, ball valves and check valves, are built to AS/NZS 4020 Standard and are safe for drinking water.
To complement the Javelin package pump system All Pumps also has the Vasco Variable Speed Drive, which when incorporated with the Javelin package pump system offers an energy efficient, cost effective solution to maintain constant pressure and prolong the life of the pump system. Know More
